Keeping You Safe at ATIA 2022
We are excited to gather together with our AT Community. Our top priority remains the health and safety of everyone attending ATIA 2022. The following is an overview of our COVID protocols and the steps we’re taking to enable a safe, healthy experience for everyone attending the conference in-person in Orlando.
Before you arrive
- Getting a COVID-19 test prior to traveling to the event is encouraged.
- Follow relevant guidance provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), or your local health authority.
- Adhere to government issued travel restrictions and guidance issued by the region you are traveling from.
- Research and understand your local return travel requirements for returning to your home state/city. We also encourage you to read Visit Orlando’s recommendations for healthy business travel.
- Stay home if you feel unwell or are experiencing COVID symptoms.
While at the conference
Vaccination & Masking Guidelines
- Anyone over the age of 5 attending the in-person ATIA 2022 conference, Exhibit Hall, or any component within, must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. You will be required to show proof of vaccination when you check in to the conference. Please note there are no exceptions to this requirement.
- All attendees will be required to wear masks when indoors.
Social Distancing & Enhanced Cleaning
- ATIA will be increasing the session room sizes and Exhibit Hall aisles to allow for distancing of attendees.
- Attendees will be able to select a ribbon to wear that indicates their preference for social contact. We ask all attendees to please respect these personal preferences.
- If necessary, we reserve the right to limit the number of attendees at the event or in meeting rooms in order to maintain appropriate social distancing.
- All microphones, laptops, wireless remotes and speaker areas will be sanitized after each speaker/session.
- Food areas will have additional social distancing options, including outdoor spaces (weather permitting).
If You Are Feeling Unwell
- Please monitor yourself for any COVID symptoms. You can find a complete list of COVID symptoms on the CDC website.
