Talk To Me Technologies was founded in 2006... We wanted to provide speech devices in a new way, but by using basic sense: our sales staff is comprised of Speech Language Pathologists who put their clinical expertise first and are led by the depth of their own knowledge and not by profit differentials from one device over another. Clients benefit from the simple notion of being matched with a speech device that works for them and not the other way around. Because of this, abandonment of the device is extremely rare, client satisfaction is high, healthcare expenses are minimized and we get to keep loving what we do.
It’s impossible to tell you who we are without explaining our emphasis on clients. Our culture sets our mission and reflects in our daily work, leads to the extra mile and informs our own job satisfaction.
We understand insurance and we get it right!
Insurance rules change, but our success with getting devices covered is steady. We know exactly what it takes to obtain payment from sources like Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance.
We proudly boast a 5 year-running 96% clean insurance-claims rate, which means 96% of the time we get claims paid from insurance – the first time. Compare this to the 44% industry average* and you'll understand why we feel our investment in research and efficiency puts us at the top of our game.
Our clients are satisfied! A total of 133 client satisfaction surveys were received and tallied in 2015 adding up to an overall client satisfaction rating of 92.5% for 2015.

In 1985 AbleNet was founded with the core mission of helping individuals with disabilities reach their human potential. It started with a simple piece of assistive technology available only in Minnesota and has evolved to a portfolio of AbleNet assistive technology solutions available globally. AbleNet’s company approach has been to develop outstanding products and combine that strength with an operational excellence model. By concentrating on powerful products and highly efficient operations, AbleNet has become a global leader in its categories of products.
Through its extensive history in assistive technology and a unique operational excellence model, AbleNet expanded its offering to include high-tech speech-generating devices (SGDs) paid for by medical insurance in the United States. The expansion into this business has allowed AbleNet to help many more individuals reach their human potential by providing voices to the voiceless. AbleNet works with thousands of clinic- and school-based speech-language pathologists to deliver its high-tech speech device, QuickTalker Freestyle, to their clients and students in a matter of days or weeks - allowing the recipient’s communication journey to begin.
