Early Bird Member Booth Application and Space Selection Process
The excitement around ATIA 2026 is already starting to build, and we want to make sure that you don’t miss out. ATIA members can reserve their booths before the general public with priority booth selection.
Key Dates:
- Wednesday, February 19, 2025: ATIA Membership and booth deposits are due February 19 before 5:00 PM ET
- Wednesday, February 26, 2025: Space Selection occurs February 26 via Zoom
Priority Points determines space selection appointment time.

***Exhibitors may purchase additional registrations for booth staff if they exceed the number of their complimentary allotment. Exhibitor registrations allow access to the full conference education program, with the option for a complimentary CEU fees add-on (a $30 savings). Please note, booth staff registrations are only available for employees of the exhibiting organization.
