DCMP’s is a federally funded project administered through the National Association of the Deaf. Our mission is to promote equal access to communication and learning through described and captioned educational media. We provide a online media library of accessible videos for students who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, blind, low-vision, and deaf-blind.
