Present at ATIA 2025: Call for Presentations is closed

The Call for Presentations for ATIA 2025 is now closed. If you have submitted a proposal, you will receive a notification email by the end of August with your proposal status. Please note, if you submitted more than (1) one proposal, you will receive a separate email for each submission.

Key Dates for Speakers

  • End of August: Speaker notifications
  • September 16: Deadline to complete speaker agreement
  • Fall date TBD: Webinar on Creating Accessible Handouts
  • December 6: Deadline to register at the discounted speaker rate
  • December 31: Deadline to register for ATIA 2025 to avoid being removed from the program
  • January 9: ATIA 2025 Speaker Orientation webinar
  • January 15: Deadline to upload presentation handouts

Speaker Service Center

Speakers for scheduled sessions will have access to a personal Speaker Service Center where they can reference speaker information and complete tasks such as the speaker agreement and uploading their presentation handouts. Login information will be provided in the notification email(s).
