Speaker Registration

Speaker notifications have been sent. Please note, if you submitted more than (1) one proposal, you will receive a separate email for each submission.

Speakers must register through the Speaker Service Center, which can be found on the ATIA 2025 registration page.

Key Dates for Speakers

  • Mid-August: Speaker notifications
  • September 16: Deadline to complete speaker agreement
  • October 16: Webinar on Creating Accessible Handouts
  • December 6: Deadline to register at the discounted speaker rate
  • December 31: Deadline to register for ATIA 2025 to avoid being removed from the program
  • January 9: ATIA 2025 Speaker Orientation webinar
  • January 15: Deadline to upload presentation handouts

Speaker Service Center

Speakers for scheduled sessions will have access to a personal Speaker Service Center where they can reference speaker information and complete tasks such as the speaker agreement and uploading their presentation handouts. Login information will be provided in the notification email(s).
