ATIA 2026 Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship Application

Meeting Room Sponsorships

Reserve a VIP or Member Meeting Room to have one-on-ones, private meetings, focus groups, and educational sessions with attendees. Reserving a meeting room comes with opportunities to add to your meeting experience. Extend the reach of your in-person conference offerings with recordings of multiple sessions that will be included in the ATIA 2026 Virtual Event. Another option is to add digital signage in front of your room to share information with conference attendees. 

VIP Meeting Rooms

VIP Meeting Room* (2 ½ Days) – $18,000 Listing of up to 11 sessions and one additional 60-minute live-stream education session in the Virtual Event.

  • Opportunity to have one-on-one, private meetings, focus groups and educational sessions for ATIA Attendees. 
  • Meeting space reserved Thursday–Saturday, customized to use how you see fit. (Set up time to be determined.) 
  • Room can seat up to 50–60 people. 
  • Listing of up to 11 sessions in the conference program and mobile app. 
  • One additional 60-minute live stream education session in the Orlando and Virtual Event education program.
  • Recordings will also be included in the ATIA Learning Center as free content and marketed to all 20k+ Learning Center users. 
  • One meter board sign, table and chairs, optional pop-up banner outside room entrance.  
  • Please note: AV is not included and must be purchased on own. 

VIP Meeting Room Recording Package* – $6,500 Recording of up to 8 sessions and content will be included in the Virtual Event.

  • Recording of up to 8 sessions on Thursday /Friday or Friday/Saturday.
  • Content will be included in the ATIA 2026 Virtual Event.
  • Recordings will also be included in the ATIA Learning Center as free content and marketed to all 20k+ Learning Center users. 
  • Standard AV set and recording equipment included in the package if recording is purchased (AV is not included in VIP meeting room set up otherwise).  

Digital Signage Outside of VIP Meeting Room - $200 Digital signage outside the meeting room for each day of sessions

Incorporating digital signage outside of your room offers numerous benefits, such as providing real-time updates on what is going on in the room and displaying meeting agendas.

Member Meeting Room* (1 Day | Friday, January 30, 2026) – $5,000 Opportunity to have one-on-one, private meetings, focus groups and educational sessions for ATIA Attendees.

  • Meeting space reserved for one day, Friday, January 30, 2026, customized to use how you see fit. (Set up time to be determined.)

Member Meeting Recording Package* (Per Day) – $2,500 per day Recording of all sessions officially scheduled in your room per day and content will be included in the Virtual Event.

Individual Education Session Sponsorships

A live-streamed or pre-recorded education session that will be included in the ATIA 2026 Virtual Event.

Education Session (limit 2 per company) - $1,750 Add up to two 60-minute sessions to maximize your time at ATIA *members only (limited to a maximum of 2 sessions per company)

  • ATIA reserves the right to schedule these sessions. 

Pre-Recorded Education Session(s) – $1,000 per session Pre-recorded 60-minute session(s) for inclusion in the ATIA 2026 Virtual Event.

  • Pre-recorded 60-minute session(s) for inclusion in the ATIA 2025 Virtual Event.
  • Maximum of five sessions
  • Sessions may be released to Virtual Event attendees prior to the event for viewing in between live-streamed sessions, as requested by Virtual Event attendees. 
  • Recordings will also be included in the ATIA Learning Center as free content and marketed to all 20k+ Learning Center users. 

ATIA Celebration Sponsorships
(Thursday Evening Event)

The ATIA Celebration, where the AT Community gathers to unwind and have fun, has become one of the most anticipated parts of the Conference.

Passport to Party $500

Be a sponsor for our Thursday night reception!

Sponsorship includes 25 drink tickets made available to sponsors to give away during the Exhibit Hall opening on Thursday for attendees to redeem at the Thursday evening reception.

Communication Sponsorships

Get right in front of attendees eyes with a mobile app push notification or custom email blast.

Mobile App Push Notification $750

Two female ATIA attendees mingle in the networking area to check out the latest info on the ATIA mobile app.(One Push Notification)

Use the ATIA Mobile App to increase traffic to your booth or Product Demonstration Center session. Sponsor to provide push notification text that will be sent to all attendees using the mobile app. ATIA marketing will be responsible for sending the push notification.

One push notification per company. Two push notifications per day.

 

Custom Email Blast to Attendees $2,000

Sponsor to provide email text and graphics to be sent to Special Interest Group (AAC, Vision &Hearing Technologies, Education & Learning, Physical Access) before the conference takes place to registered attendees. ATIA marketing will be responsible for scheduling and sending the email.

Limit of one email blast per company and two total email blasts.
